　　The most impressive legal regulation about environmental protection was the separation and disposal of garbage in recent years.

　　In Shanghai, the strict supervision and management began about two years ago. To be more specific, the rule of garbage classification is that before we drop the waste, we need to divide the garbage generated in our daily life into four categories, named recyclable garbage, dry garbage, wet garbage and non-recyclable garbage. At the beginning, the community and the streets are full of propaganda videos and leaflets telling us what kind of garbage we produce in our daily life belong to. After a long time studying, we can quickly and skillfully distinguish most garbage and then throw them into the corresponding garbage can.

　　In this long-term action, I think everyone is the beneficiary. The resources on the earth are limited, and our current human intake is too fast, which has caused a lot of irreversible damage to the earth, for example, the excessive deforestation, which will lead to a series of serious problems such as the greenhouse effect, soil erosion, air pollution and so on, when we do a good job of garbage classification, the recyclable materials like paper, glass, plastic etc. can be saved for recycling. In this way, the frequency and quantity we ask from the earth will be greatly reduced.

　　In my opinion, this law is a pretty useful environmental protection measure if we have obeyed it successfully. Although we have a process of thinking about what classification the garbage belongs to in our daily life before we throw away it, the final result will make our living environment gradually better, so it is worthy and necessary. I hope that this law can be gradually popularized throughout the country, and the government should encourage everyone to participate in it and every citizen should make contributions and efforts for our earth environment.
