　　內(nèi)容回憶Do you think policies in school should be entirely decided by school administrators or should students be involved in the discussion through voting?

　　參考答案For me, I definitely believe that students should be allowed to be involved in the process of making school policies, because there are many benefits in doing so. First, students can have a channel to express their concerns and requirements. After all, they are the ones who are living and studying on campus. And also, by voting, the students will be forced to seriously consider the pros and cons of issues and form a good habit of expressing their ideas through meaningful ways like voting. For example, I really hope to have more basketball courts on campus, and that our school can keep the debate club next year, but I can only express my ideas if the school allow me to vote on these issues.

　　閱讀報(bào)紙新聞：學(xué)校打算興建一個(gè)Spanish house學(xué)生在里面使用西語(yǔ)交流日常語(yǔ)言，還有教授組織大家去比較近的西語(yǔ)地區(qū)旅游參觀

　　聽(tīng)力女生很贊同；

　　她覺(jué)得在house練習(xí)日常用語(yǔ)對(duì)提升西語(yǔ)很有幫助。去旅游很有趣，雖然自己一個(gè)人也能去，但是如果有知識(shí)淵博的人講解參觀地的各種藝術(shù)品文化淵源收獲會(huì)更多

　　定義：兩種動(dòng)物之間的關(guān)系，一種動(dòng)物跟著另一種可以獲得好處。但是另一方并不因此獲益或者受害。

　　聽(tīng)力例子：一種鳥吃藏在草下土里的蟲子，他們可以獨(dú)立捕獵，但是跟著吃草的老鼠它們可以更輕松地吃到蟲子

　　聽(tīng)力First advantage：公司的各種需求都可以被靈活滿足，因?yàn)閣ell trained的員工可以應(yīng)付各種職位。

　　Example:服裝店的員工既可以賣衣服也可以在有需求的時(shí)候賣鞋子。

　　Second advantage：?jiǎn)T工成為管理層后更了解基層的各類細(xì)節(jié)。

　　Example:一個(gè)服裝店的管理，需要知道各個(gè)部門的活動(dòng)來(lái)更好地安排。
